The Italian Cultural Institute of New York presents the second event in its Italy Walk series — guided explorations of New York's neighborhoods through the lens of Italian history and culture. Participants will discover the Italian roots that helped shape Manhattan, visiting historic sites and neighborhoods connected to the Italian-American community.

The walk is led by journalists and authors Maria Teresa Cometto and Glauco Maggi, who have lived in New York since 2000 and have explored the city block by block. The tour begins at the Italian Cultural Institute and continues by subway to the Tenement Museum area, where the two-hour walking exploration begins. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
