The Summer Fancy Food Show, in its 69th year, is the premier trade-only event for the specialty food industry, held at the Javits Center from June 29–July 1, 2025. Over 2,400 exhibitors from 56 countries showcase innovative products across 40+ categories, from vegan and gluten-free to swicy drinks and protein-centric snacks.

Featuring Italy as the 2025 partner country, the Show highlights "The Art of Taste" with a vibrant Italian pavilion. Attendees, including buyers, distributors, and media, network through events like the Buyer Welcome Reception and a harbor cruise for new SFA members. The Show offers trendspotting, product discovery, and business opportunities, supported by the Specialty Food Association.
