Solas Nua presents Emmy-nominee Ronan O Snodaigh of Kila 

Rónán Ó Snodaigh, a founding member of the legendary band Kíla, is a singer-songwriter, poet, vocalist, gaeilgeoir, and recognized as among the most innovative bodhran players in Ireland, exploring new dimensions and challenging established boundaries of this instrument.

Ronan has just been nominated for an Emmy (Outstanding Music & Sound) for his work on "Ireland's Wild River" , a documentary on the river Shannon recently screened on PBS.
