The European Division of the Library of Congress, in partnership with the Embassy of Italy in Washington DC present Food Historian, Author, and Lecturer Francine Segan.

Francine Segan is a James Beard-nominated author of six books about Italian gastronomy, including Pasta Modern: New and Inspired Recipes from Italy (2013), and Dolci: Italy's Sweets (2011).
